Abstract
The main goal of the work is the analysis of the management of the hockey club LHK Jestřábi Prostějov A - team s.r.o. and subsequent evaluation. They were part of the SWOT method, interview analysis and observation. Based on all processed available information, it was found that the club mostly works as it should. It also includes recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
