Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is to evaluate the business strategy of a selected group of transport structures. The theoretical part contains a description of the basic terms related to strategy, strategic management , business strategy and also there are described methods, which will be used to evaluate of business strategy. The next part of diploma thesis described the company and it ’ s current business strategy. There are applied methods such as the financial analysis performed by selection ratios, PESTLE analysis, Porter ’ s model of five competitive forces, survey research and SWOT analysis. The following is a summary and own suggestions and recommendation.
