Optimalizace nákladů na těžbu a dopravu vápence

Abstract

The methodology used in this thesis is mainly the study of literature in the field of cost optimization. Furthermore, time is devoted to a thorough study of documents related to the limestone mining activities at the Úpohlavy quarry. The solution of fixed and variable costs is addressed in the thesis by changing the size of the quarrying area and a possible change in the method for generating funds for remediation and reclamation works at the Úpohlavy quarry.
