Bezpečnostní studie možného ohrožení Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství teroristickými útoky

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením ohroženosti Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství teroristickými a jinými násilnými útoky. Úvodní část práce je věnována stručnému shrnutí terorismu a jeho podstaty, dále pak posouzení objektu Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství z hlediska její možné zranitelnosti. Hlavní a stěžejní část této práce je věnována samotnému procesu posouzení nejzávažnějších potenciálních násilných útoků vůči tomuto objektu. Pomocí analytických metod a autorových znalostí místního prostředí byly vyhodnoceny nejzávažnější možné varianty útoku. Na základě posouzení byly pak stanoveny návrhy inovativní opatření pro možné snížení rizika.

This submitted diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the threat of the Faculty of Security Engineering to terrorist and other violent attacks. The introductory part of the work is devoted to a brief summary of terrorism and its nature, then the building of the Faculty of Security Engineering in terms of its possible vulnerability. The main and main part of this work is devoted to the process of assessing the most serious potential violent attacks on this object. Using analytical methods and the author's knowledge of the local environment, the most serious possible variants of the attack were evaluated. Based on the assessment, proposals for innovative measures to reduce the risk were then identified.
