Financování bezpečnosti komunikací v městském obvodu

Abstract

The thesis deals with finding suitable resources for financing a project called “Increasing safety on pedestrian and cycling roads in Krasne Pole municipality”. Its theoretical part consists of defining rules of municipal economies, methodology of distributing tax and non-tax revenues and grants between Statutory city of Ostrava and its municipalities, and possibilities of financing safety on the roads. Its practical part deals with history, presence and municipal authorities. The thesis continues with summary of its economy, connected to a summary of planned investments. This is followed by a description of stated project, including its budget, and survey of possible resources for its financial cover. At the end, the proposals (drafts) are evaluated, and the thesis conclusion consists of recommendation for stated issues.
