Abstract
There is high competition in the marketplace so every company which wants to keep their position and their customers should value their efficiency, investigate with strengths and weaknesses which must be removed. The aim of this bachelor work is evaluation of efficiency of the company Moravia plast, spol. s r. o. in years 2004 – 2007 and on the basis of gained results propose measures.
There are delimitate fundamental terms and methods which are being used for measurement efficiency in the theoretic part. I attended to traditional methods which are indicators financial analysis as well as modern approaches as Economic Value Added, Market Value Added or Balanced Scorecard.
Practical part contains characteristics of the company Moravia plast, their history and products. In next part there was evaluation of the company efficiency. There was count basic indicators financial analysis, Economic Value Added a Market Value Added too.
At the end of this work there were evaluated the ascertained results and recommended measures for improvement of economic situation. This recommendation was related to cash position, but also to inventory control and outstanding control.
