Abstract

Summary ČINČALOVÁ, S. The Software support for new financial advisor, Ostrava 2012, VŠB-TUO, Ekf. Bachelor work, supervizor Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. The aim of my bachelor work was to solve the problem with the records of clients and mortgage loans in consulting company. The problem was solved by creating a database application in MS Access 2007. I focused on clarifying the concepts related to financial advices and their summarize in the first part of the work. Such as: financial advisers, financial consulting, direct sales, etc. The second part of the work characterizes data modeling. Specifically, the three-level concept of data modeling, including semantic, conceptual and logical (relational) model. The third chapter of the work is devoted to analyzing the current situation and identifying requirements for future information system. Analysis of current situation is created using a structured interview. Due questionnaires were found deficiencies in the current system and future system requirements. The fourth chapter of the work is focused on the design of a data model, using three-level concept. Design of the model consists of the application form for a mortgage loan. The last chapter of the work is focused on output of the proposed model, which is created in MS Access 2007. There is explained description of the functions in database applications and individual outcomes such as forms or reports.
