Ekotoxicita splachů z komunikací na území města Ostravy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of chemical composition and ecotoxicity of stormwater runoff from urban roads in the city of Ostrava. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the area and the description of natural conditions, rainwater issues in urbanized areas and ecotoxicity, including the relevant legislation and methods of determination. The practical part of the work is the methodology of sampling and analysis of samples with subsequent evaluation of results. The ecotoxicological tests of the samples were carried out on the Vibrio fischeri bacteria.
