Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the use of machine vision in a pharmaceutical environment in order to control the filling of vials. This use is very desirable and applicable within Industry 4.0. Emphasis is placed on current trends in the field of machine vision. In the diploma thesis, artificial neural networks and deep learning systems are also mentioned. The second part deals with the environment in pharmacy, where the production is in clean rooms, controlled areas. The purity classes and cleaning of these spaces with hydrogen peroxide vapor (VPHP) are also mentioned. The practical part then concerns the design and implementation of hardware and software for evaluating the filling of ampoules from Cognex in cooperation with Mitsubishi Eletric.
