Aplikace metody QFD v pohostinství

Abstract

The aim of this work is apply the QFD (Quality function deployment) method in individual enterprises within the hospitality industry, in particular at Kovárně restaurant in Prostejov, and based of this method, to propose measures to improve the services. A partial objective is to evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction in the restaurant using a client review window. It has been one of the methods to obtain the customer's requirements, using written and electronic questionnaires.
