Optimalizace práce z pohledu lokální svalové zátěže

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with optimization of work processes from the perspective local muscular load. The first part contains an analysis of the current state of the issue at hand as well as the requirements of the current legislation. Furthermore, it deals with possible optimization of human activity at work nad occurence of occupational diseases caused by local muscle load. The second part is focused on working conditions in a particular workplace in a selected company. This part evaluates occurence of local muscular load at a workplace by means of checklists and a measurment report made by an authorized person. Subsequently, the part describes possible precautions recommended to reduce muscle strain, as well as verification of their effectiveness using a slected method.
