Abstract

Within the scope of my work I have been engaged in entrepreneurial strategy at searching for channels for investment. It resulted in construction of brand new business premises where the subject of enterprise was the automobile purchase and sales, including service and parts department. A matter of great weight was laid on the analysis of the business course selection and dislocation within the vicinity. Among others, the financial analysis was conducted with the objective to determine the return rate of investment within the time frame. And subsequently there was established such an organizational structure within the company economics management which provides efficient running of the premises at the low costs. The objective was not only to design and calculate the investment project but also, based on actual data, objectively to set it into factual competitive environment.
