Krizové řízení a jeho financování

Abstract

This thesis deals with crisis management and its financing. There are explained basic terms, origin of the crisis arises, the fact according which we can recognize it and also the description of the phases of the crisis in the company. The important part is a subchapter how to prevent crises. The next part discusses the instruments of fiscal policy of the Czech republic and selected EU country, which is Germany. It explains how these tools help entrepreneurs not only in times of crisis. Budgetary policies‘tools of both the countries are compared witch each other.
