Geometrický plán na majetkoprávne vysporiadanie pozemkov

Abstract

The essential task of my diploma thesis is to prepare a geometric plan for the division of land in the cadastral area of Pucov. Specifically, it concerns the expansion of the existing access road, a shift of 1 m compared to the original land owned by the Slovak Republic and administered by the Slovak Land Fund Bratislava. This geometric plan was the basis for the registration in the real estate cadastre, which is the first step for further actions aimed at acquiring the expanded road for the benefit of the municipality of Pucov.
