Zhodnocení finanční pozice podniku pomocí metod finanční analýzy

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční pozice vybraného podniku pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Cílem je komplexní zhodnocení a posouzení výkonnosti podniku STRABAG a.s. s použitím zvolených metod finanční analýzy v období 2006-2012. Konkrétně je využita horizontální a vertikální analýza, poměrové ukazatele, metodika pyramidového rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu a analýza odchylek, která je zpracována pro vyčíslení vlivů dílčích ukazatelů prostřednictvím logaritmické metody. Na závěr jsou porovnány vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy s průměrem ostatních podniků působících ve stejném odvětví.

The main theme of this Bachelor’s thesis is an evaluation of the financial position of a selected company using the methods of financial analysis. The aim is a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the performance of the company STRABAG Ltd. using selected methods of financial analysis for the 2006-2012 period. Specifically, horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios, and the pyramid methodology of return on equity are used, as well as variance analysis, which is processed to quantify the effects of sub-indicators by the logarithmic method. In conclusion, selected indicators of financial analysis are compared with the average of other businesses operating in the same industry.
