Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a study and propose possibilities the use of objects to ensure the basic needs of the population in a case of a power outage or diruption of other services. An analysis and comparison of the current approach to the issue in the Czech Republic and abroad is made here. Summary of the obtained knowledge and formulate the considerations for the selection of objects that emergency services can provide to the population. The idea of community emergency centers is inspired by the foreign approach to this issue.
