Abstract
Health is an integral part of life for all residents. Health care systém is organized and administered health instance. Health instance company guarantee health care for citizen of the Czech Republic health care through health instance. Health instance health instance carried by its funds, collected from its insured persons and the instance Premium paid for health care payments to its conractual parties. Based on the analysis of income and expenditure of funds of health instance and VZP ČR and RBP ZP in 2006 – 2010 found that health instance for all funds reported positive final balance.
