Optimalizace možností zásahu jednotek požární ochrany v případě úniku ropných látek do vodních toků na území Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of an intervention by the unit Fire Brigade (hereinafter JPO) in case of an oil leakage into the river Morava or Bečva. Based on risk assessment of oil pollution sources it proposes building emergency profiles and river sections on both streams which will enable chosen JPO to systematically execute an efficient intervention in the event of a real emergency. Further the thesis evaluates the current state of technical equipment and proposes its optimization. In its conclusion a draft of operation cards with individual emergency profiles is prepared which are to provide the commander with on-site informational and strategic support.
