Abstract
The subject of this thesis is using of FMEA method and Ishikawa diagram for risk assessment in the mining proces for Jeremenko water Pit. In the theoretical part are discussed the detail legislative, mining equipment operation parameters and risk analysis. The final section describes the possible prevention, especially concerning repairs and maintenance.
