Intermetallic compounds are materials of the future thanks for your properties, especially yield slip at elevated temperatures and corrosion resistance of this material to high temperatures.
This bachelor is focused on studying the structure and high-temperature corrosion intermetallic Ni3Al in air. The theoretical part deals with the binary diagram of Ni - Al, mechanical properties and alloying. The experimental part is focused on high-temperature corrosion, metallographic analysis, the study of corrosion layers, compared of high – temperature corrosion resistence with stell CrNi 18 – 10
