Pevnostní a plastické vlastnosti slitiny Dilaton 36 za tepla

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the strength and plastic properties of the Dilaton 36 alloy at high temperatures, which were analyzed with using of the HDS-20 simulator. Based on a special tensile test carried out with a constant load on the test rod, the nil-strength temperature 1419 °C was determined during heating the Dilaton 36 alloy. 3D maps were constructed with using of continuous tensile tests performed over a wide temperature range from 800 °C to 1390 °C at stroke rate from 1 to 1000 mm/s. These 3D maps describe the dependence of the strength and plastic properties of the investigated alloy on the deformation temperature and on the mean deformation rate. From the obtained results of plastic properties the nil-ductility temperature of the investigated alloy 1390 °C was determined. Finally, the strength and plastic properties of Dilaton 36 alloy were compared with similar properties of similar nickel alloys.
