Analýza Vyhledávání Vzorů v Datech za Podmínek Neurčitosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku mapování sekvencí v kontextu optického mapování a práci s neurčitostí spojenou s těmito technologiemi. Práce obsahuje analýzu vstupních dat, na základě jejichž výsledků je navržena metoda pro jejich předzpracování. Během práce je provedena a analyzována řada experimentů nad implementovanými algoritmy, které řeší problematiku mapování sekvencí, a metodami předzpracování.

This master's thesis focuses on the issue of sequence mapping in the context of optical mapping and dealing with the uncertainty associated with these technologies. The work includes an analysis of input data, based on the results of which a method for their preprocessing is proposed. Throughout the work, a series of experiments is conducted and analyzed on the implemented algorithms that address the issue of sequence mapping and preprocessing methods.
