Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a mobile DC charging station frame for electric vehicles. The size and shape of the frame was constructed based on the necessary components that had to be included to make it fully functional. The introduction of the bachelor thesis deals with the issue of electromobility and its impact on the future development of the automotive industry. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the research of available mobile charging stations, their charging modes and, last but not least, charging standards. The practical part deals with the frame design together with the selection of suitable materials and manufacturing technologies including the design of the cooling system. Furthermore, the practical part describes the components of the charging station. The design model of the charging station structure was created using SolidWorks CAD software. On the basis of the 3D design, technical drawings were created to serve in the subsequent manufacturing process.
