Abstract
This dissertation thesis deals with the controlled alternate drives with permanent magnets synchronous machine. The main objective leads to application of the so-called sensorless control of above mentioned machine. It is a regulation based on the vector control, in which the mechanical quantity measurement is replaced by a computational block (56F8037), which determines the rotor position and speed from the electric quantities. The work is aimed to the methods are based on the mathematical model of the machine.
The features and mathematical model of synchronous machine with permanent magnets are analyzed after introduction. Furthermore, this work describes the control possibilities of these machines. The mathematical principle and simulations of several control methods (reduced Luenberger observer, rotor magnetic flux based methods) follow further. There is an explanation of control system 56F8037 used in thesis. The most important contribution are measured results from implementation of the sensorless method (Reduced Luenberger observer) which was selected from the simulations. The experiments were carried out with permanent magnets synchronous motor supplied by low voltage. Application of the identical machine as a propulsion of real electromobile (CityEl) is summarized in the last chapter. In conclusion, the results and benefits of this work are evaluated.
