Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the use of management accounting in selected company. The second chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of management accounting, particularly in its structure, tasks, reporting, enterprise and its organizational structure or the difference between the cost and management accounting. The third chapter contains the issue of costs and benefits in terms of management accounting, in particular, their basic structure, detailed criteria and then measure the performance of accounting entity. The fourth chapter is the practical application of management accounting in Lukáš Chlebovský a.s.
