Řízení zásob

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je definování a zhodnocení současných metod a nástrojů řízení zásob. Dále posouzení možností zpřesnění především z pohledu optimalizace skladových zásob. Obsahem této práce je popsat řízení zásob, kde se zabývám členěním a klasifikací zásob, cílem řízení zásob, optimalizace zásob a náklady spojenými se zásobami. Dále pak modely řízení zásob, jako je Just in Time, metoda MRP a metoda ABC. Poslední část je věnována rozboru zásob a obratu zásob.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define and evaluate current methods and tools of inventory management. Furthermore, the thesis assesses possibilities of improvement from the point of view of optimizing the inventory. The thesis describes inventory management, the division and classification of inventory, objectives of inventory management, inventory optimization, and costs associated with supplies. The thesis also focuses on inventory models, such as Just in Time, MRP method and ABC method. The last part of the thesis deals with the analysis of stocks and stock turnover.
