Možnosti a testování využití odpadů z procesu anaerobní digesce

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the possibilities of the digestate utilization from the anaerobic digestion process and its testing. The process of the anaerobic digestion is described in the teoretical part of this thesis, which takes place in the biogas plants. There are also described the suitable conditions, the input raw material for the stabilization of the process and the output products from this process and their other utilization. It is focused on the detailed utilization of the digestion, its properties, the legislative requirements and the limitations of its use as a fertilizer. Also there are summerized methods of the assessment of the digestate as a waste and its use as a possible fertilizer. The practical part of this thesis deals with the testing of the digestate taken from the biogas plant called Farma Stonava within using the method according to norm CSN EN 16086-2 Soil improvers and growing media – Determination of plant response – Part 2: Petri dish test using cress – The contact method. During this test was watched the reaction of the plants to the substrate fused with the particular proportions of the digestate and the organic component of the sesame (10:1, 5:1, 3:1) and with the digestate only. The control test, The watercress test of the phytotoxicity according to P.Pliva and collective, was realized to compare the results of the roots lenght and of the germination indexes.
