Komparace managementu dvou fotbalových klubů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis compares management of two best football teams in Czech Republic, which are FC Viktoria Plzeň and AC Sparta Praha. The theoretical part was about explaining basic concepts of certain issue. This part includes general information about sport, sports communication , basic information about football, sports management, marketing, managers job, marketing research, SWOT analysis and observation. The practical part includes SWOT analysis of both football teams. The main aim was to identify strengths and weaknesses of these teams and to assess opportunities and wiles of both teams. Further were evaluated all of these informations.
