Stabilitní posouzení násypových těles na plánované liniové stavbě

Abstract

The submitted thesis deals with the stability assessment of embankments along the planned route of the D11 highway 09 Trutnov – Czech Republic state border, PR. The thesis is focused on two embankments – N14 and N29. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a general description of embankments and the methods for assessing slope stability. The next section summarizes the natural conditions of the area, as well as a summary of the geological survey work for each embankment studied individually. The main part of the thesis addresses the stability assessments of the embankment slopes, with proposals for remedial measures for unstable slopes. The evaluation of the proposed solutions and construction phases are carried out in the GEO 5 program using the limit equilibrium method and the finite element method.
