Abstrakt
The bachelor thesis deals with controlling as an instrument for economic management in a company. The theoretical part describes the theory of controlling with references to used literature. The analytical part depicts the application of controlling in a particular company and it focuses on the analysis of reporting statements and calculation system of the company. Based on the analysis there are stated possible suggestions for eliminating problems which result from the current systems used within the company and for improving efficiency of the company staff´s work.
