Metody neustálého zlepšování a jejich praktické využití v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the application of the PDCA cycle in the continual improvement process. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on continual improvement process to analyze the PDCA cycle and describes the methods and quality management tools to support each step of the cycle. The practical part is aimed to an analysis of possible sources for improvement in the company and determination of the main priorities of these resources. Based on the analysis of the sources of complaints was selected part with the highest score. To deal with defect of this part was applied PDCA cycle. The result was to determine the root causes of defects and implementation step for permanent action to prevent recurrence of solved defects. To support solutions were used selected methodologies and tools of quality management. The applied methodology will be used to solve other opportunities for continuous improvement in the company.
