Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on developing high quality and especially objective analysis of customer´s satisfaction with services that should serve quality management private hospital in Valašské Meziříčí. On the basis of theoretical and practical information, this work contains proposal to improve services and their quality. This work should serve to management decisions and use of a work in business practice.
