Abstract
This thesis deals with the housing policy of the Czech Republic and the privatization of municipal housing fund of the city of Brno. It analyzes the privatization of municipal housing and development funds from 2007 to 2011. Evaluates aspects of the municipal housing stock Brno selected criteria (privatization of municipal housing stock and its value, income and expenditure for the privatization of municipal housing comparison and income from privatization and lease of apartments).
