Proces hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The minor thesis focuses on an analysis and description of employee assessment process in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical grounds of the employee assessment according to interpretation of relevant literature. The latter part provides characterization of the selected organization, analysis of the implemented system of employee assessment and corresponding proposals and recommendations to improvement. Thus it gets to application and verification of the information acquired from the internal regulations of the organization and from the questionnaire survey. The conclusion summarizes the most significant findings.
