Optimalizace současného stavu zásobovací logistiky

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to analyze and then optimize the current state of supply logistics of a manufacturing company. The result of the analysis will be recommendations that could lead to the elimination of deficiencies and be the cause of improvements. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part, which was developed on the basis of literature, is mainly focused on defining the basic concepts of logistics and inventory. In the practical part, the analysis is made using the ABC and XYZ method from the company's internal data.
