Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee satisfaction in the area of catering in the company OSTROJ a.s. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey and from these results are suggested recommendations and measures that could lead to improvement of employee satisfaction. The thesis is divided into several main parts. These parts include mainly theoretical background, company characteristics, methodology, analysis and evaluation of results. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to motivation, remuneration, catering and education of employees. The characteristics of the company include a closer introduction of OSTROJ a.s. and the way of eating in this company. The methodology deals with data analysis, data collection and observation. The analysis assesses employee satisfaction in the area of catering. The results of the questionnaire survey should lead to an improvement of the current situation and should also help to increase employee satisfaction.
