Rekategorizace prací v těžkém průmyslu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the recategorization of jobs in terms of exposure to occupational risk factors, specifically dust, noise, and vibrations. The aim of the thesis is to recategorize selected job positions in a heavy industry company based on measurements of these factors. The theoretical part of the thesis evaluates the current state of this issue within the European Union and the Czech and Slovak Republics. The thesis also focuses on an overview of the legislative framework related to job categorization and occupational health and safety. Selected risk factors and their permissible exposure limits are then described. The practical part describes the selected company, including the work activities of individual job positions. Methods for measuring selected risk factors are also presented and the results obtained are evaluated. Based on these results, measures are proposed to improve working conditions and increase employee health protection.
