Abstract

LYSÍKOVÁ, Lucia. Brownfield regeneration investment plan for the former elementary school in Turzovka. Ostrava, 2023, x p. Diploma thesis. Jan Česelský Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis was to propose a new usage of brownfield – former primary school in Turzovka in the form of an investment plan. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I dealt with brownfields and with technicaleconomic study, in the analytical part I analyzed brownfields in the town Turzovka nad classified them into appropiate categories according to the ABC model and proposed potential usage. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current state of primary school and two different solution proposals. In addition to these proposals, an investment plan and an economic evaluation of the effectiveness of individual reconstruction variants were elaborated.
