Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of market valuation and administrative valuation of main stands. Its aim is to compare the different methods and determine to what extent they are appropriate for the type of property valued and to provide an overview of the identified advantages and disadvantages of different valuation methods. In the theoretical part of the basic concepts are defined based on the theory of valuation in the Czech Republic. Discusses the relationship of property valuation to public policy and describes the basic characteristics of market and administrative methods of valuation. The practical part is focused on building and valuation of agricultural land with permanent vegetation. Individual parcels are valued at the administrative method. It is done through a market valuation of income and comparative methods. The conclusion is dedicated to comparison and evaluation of the methods used.
