Abstract
This bachelory thesis investigates media image of countries in debt crisis. It starts with theory of government bankruptcy and few corresponding definitons. Next chapter analyzes the attitude of chosen media to Greece, Ireland and Portugal through their articles. Also, the popularity of these states is compared among chosen czech media. In the final part there are instances of four journalistic genres related to the topic.
