Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building heated by a cogeneration unit. The cogeneration unit is located in the boiler room adjacent to the building. The cogeneration unit, together with gas boilers, supplies heat to the apartment building and the existing development of apartment buildings, which is located near the new building. The electricity produced by the cogeneration unit will be sold to the grid. The apartment unit is heated by a system of panel radiators and underfloor heating. The apartment building with the boiler is located on a sloping plot and is embedded in it. The apartment building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part, a textual part, a drawing part and a part of appendices.
