Abstract

This submitted thesis is focused on using of statistical metods in claim´s causes analysis within the line of products S in the company Continental Systems Czech Republic s r.o. Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Content of the thesis: theoretical part desribing definition of used tool within claims causes analysis within the product portfolio S. Practical part is describing analysis of claim´s causes as well. Analysis time frame from 01/2009 to 01/2010. Proposals of the corrective actions to eliminate the claim´s causes are presented too.
