Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování architektonicko-stavební části dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb a specializace novostavby budovy fakulty architektury Alexander v areálu bývalého dolu Alexander v Ostravě-Kunčičkách. Práce navazuje na dříve zpracovanou studii budovy fakulty architektury Alexander a návrh urbanistické studie studentského centra Alexander. Návrh budovy vychází z urbanistického řešení prostoru v návaznosti na historické souvislosti. V návrhu je kladen důraz na jednoduché hmotové řešení s maximálním využitím potenciálu prostoru. Velmi důležitá je také orientace vůči světovým stranám s využitím ekologických principů budovy.

The subject of graduation thesis is work out of architectural construction part of documentation for performance of construction according public notice 499/2006 Sb. about documentation of constructions and specialization of new building faculty of architecture Alexander in area of former mine Alexander in Ostrava – Kunčičky. The labour follows once made study of building of faculty architecture Alexander and project of urbanism study of student center Alexander. The draft of building draw on urbanism solution of space furthur on historical context. There is put emphasis on simple substance of solution with maximum utilization of potential space. The orientation towards cardinal points with utilization of ecology principle of building is very important as well.
