Porovnání metod pro testování sklonu k samovznícení nebezpečných látek při dopravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním Mackey testu dle normy ASTM D 3523-92 a košíkového testu dle Evropské dohody o mezinárodní silniční přepravě nebezpečných věcí (ADR). Teoretická část práce popisuje požáry a havárie zapříčiněné samovznícením, legislativu související s přepravou nebezpečných látek a samovznícení obecně. Dále jsou v teoretické části obsaženy základní informace o Mackey testu a o košíkovém testu. Experimentální část se zabývá testováním sklonu k samovznícení napouštěcí fermeže oběma uvedenými metodami. V závěru práce jsou výsledky navzájem porovnány a vyhodnoceny.

The bachelor thesis deals with comparing the Mackey test according to ASTM D 3523-92 standard and basket test according to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The theoretical part describes fires and accidents caused by spontaneous ignition, legislation related to the transport of hazardous substances and spontaneous ignition in general. Basic information about the Mackey test and Basket test is in the theoretical part included. The experimental part describes testing of the propensity to spontaneous ignition of the impregnating varnish by both mentioned methods. The results are mutually compared and evaluated at the conclusion of the thesis.
