Analýza managementu vybraného fitness centra

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of fitness center management, specifically Pure Jatomi fitness in Ostrava. Theoretical and practical part examined manager roles and marketing mix. In last part of thesis is evaluated questionnaire research of measuring employee satisfaction, like a main factor of providing services. From all analysis results was made proposals and recommendations which can improve employee and customer satisfaction.
