Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is processing of application for grants from the Operational Programme Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The introductory part characterizes the EU Structural Funds, describes the procedure for applying for a grant and business plan. Next chapters include an analysis of subsidies for engineering firm, business plan for investment project and the assessing overall effect of the investment project for the company Vesuvius Solar Crucible Ltd.
