Zhodnocení strategie náboru a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with current topics, specifically the recruitment and development of employees. The thesis will present the basic theoretical principles of personnel management, recruitment and development of employees. On the basis of an interview and a questionnaire survey, the strategy of recruitment and development of employees in the selected company will be assessed, in order to evaluate the given strategies and overall assessment of the level of human resources management in this company. Based on the findings and the results of the questionnaire survey, the positive or negative aspects of the current approach to the recruitment and development of employees will be identified. As part of this analysis, possibilities for improving strategies will be proposed, with the aim of optimizing recruitment and development procedures.
