Návrh bezpečnostních opatření proti aktivnímu útočníkovi ve vybraném objektu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of school shootings and how to respond to an attack by an active shooter. The theoretical part explains to the reader how to best behave in such a situation, emphasizing the principle of Run, Hide, Fight, which can significantly increase the chances of survival. At the same time, it analyses security measures against unauthorised entry into the selected building and compares the level of security in the Czech Republic, Europe and the world. The practical part of the work includes a simulation of an active shooter attack in the selected facility, a detailed description of the training process and a subsequent analysis of the identified security risks. Based on this analysis, security weaknesses are identified and specific measures are proposed to eliminate them and increase the security of the facility. The results of the work can contribute to improving the crisis preparedness of schools and other public institutions, thereby reducing the risk of loss of life in the event of a real attack.
