Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace administrativní budovy pro provedení stavby. Součástí projektu je technická zpráva, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí objektu, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet lokálně podepřené desky. Objekt má 7 podlaží, jedno podzemní a šest nadzemních podlaží. Objekt obsahuje samostatné otevřené kanceláře k pronájmu, které se nacházejí v nadzemní části objektu. V podzemní části je prostor parkovací stání. Stavba administrativní budovy je provedena ze železobetonu. Výplňové zdivo je ze systému Ytong a Silka.

The diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of an administrative building for construction. Part of the project is a technical report, thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures of the building, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of the locally supported plate. The building has 7 floors, one underground and six aboveground floors. The object includes separate open offices for rent, located in the above-ground part of the building. There is a parking space in the underground. The construction of the office building is made of reinforced concrete. Filling masonry is from Ytong and Silk.
