Analýza a návrh procesů řízení dokumentů v systému managementu jakosti

Abstract

The topic of thesis is the analysis and design processes of document management in a quality management system. Documentation is very important mainly because it characterizes the state of quality management system gives employees confidence that under all circumstances will find instructions on how to work really effectively, and also because it is an effective means of job training new employees. The purpose of management is to guarantee the existence of only current versions of documents and ensure their availability to all locations in the organization. The first part deals with the issue of documentation in the theory. There are given the requirements of ISO 9001 quality management system documentation and individual documents are described briefly. The practical part describes the state of documentation in the organization, especially its composition and management. The next chapter provides the recommendations to the organization that it could facilitate the work of the documents management. The goal is to analyze the state of documentation in the organization and on this basis to propose the recommendations for improving the management of documentation in the organization.
